Oh, you know…..just another one of my favorite families that never made it to my blog. At this point in the game, I just consider it a win to semi keep up with my Instagram page. So when I actually sit down to update my website….whoa, what even came over me! It seems to be a common thread that it’s when I’m sitting here dreaming of what this next season will bring. I start looking through past sessions and I’m taken back to just how incredibly grateful I am. I get to work with the absolute kindest and most wonderful families! This morning as I was drinking my coffee and reading my Bible I prayed over this upcoming season. For my clients, for you maybe. Jesus is truly the beating heart behind this business. I know without a doubt he planted the seed in me, and I still remember the moment I knew I needed to pursue this dream. It’s been a constant trust Him process. Some seasons and years slower than others. Some I’ve needed to step away almost completely. But He’s always come through in them all. Pulling me along when I was ready to quit and providing just when it was needed. But mostly, I am blown away with the families that find me.
This is one of those families. They have been with me since their oldest was born! Every time I see their sweet faces I just know that I’m going to have to sift through so many precious images. They are prime examples of what can happen you trust the process. They somehow manage to show up, be themselves, love on their babes and—they absolutely shine through it all. I mean, take a peek for yourselves!
